Springfield Parking Authority office is open to the public by Appointment only, along with other restrictions.
No walk-in traffic will be allowed.
Individuals must wear face covering when entering.
Individuals will need to contact the Springfield Parking Authority directly to schedule an appointment – if such business cannot be done remotely.
Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
